Bill Carter, well-loved friend of many in both the French and Italian sister city organizations, died on September 13. His funeral is at St. George’s Church, Tuesday, September 19, at 6 PM.
Catherine and Sarah, Bill’s daughters, have designated The Fredericksburg-Este Association as one of the recipients for memorial donations in his honor. The Fredericksburg-Este Association has created a PayPal button for those wishing to make a memorial contribution.
